Wharton Fashion Show Mission Statement

The Culture Club and the Wharton Graduate Association (WGA) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania would like to invite you to participate in its Annual Wharton Fashion Show scheduled for November 23, 2003. The show will be held at the Hall of Flags, Houston Hall.

The Culture Club was chartered in May 2003 "to enrich people's lives with an appreciation of the finer things, and to bring to Wharton, art and culture in their pure forms." The Wharton Fashion Show, the club's launch event was conceived with the following goals:

To propagate and celebrate the rich cultural heritage from all countries represented by the Wharton community
To engender in Wharton students a sense of style and an affinity for high fashion
To provide exposure to retail, fashion and cosmetics industries
To provide leadership opportunities to Wharton students
To create avenues for real life creative exercises like marketing and advertising
